Offset printing
Print quality plays a key role in the first impression of a product and brand recognition. Therefore, we use modern offset technology, which ensures precise colour reproduction, exceptional sharpness of details, and the execution of demanding printing effects. We regularly perform calibrations and colour controls, thereby ensuring print compliance with the approved sample throughout the entire production.
Our production is equipped with two powerful offset printing presses, which enable printing of up to seven colours and two varnishes in one pass, as well as UV varnishing. Such technology ensures high productivity, excellent print quality, and reliable repeatability even for the most demanding projects.
For quality control, we use an advanced camera system for ink application control, which monitors print stability in real time throughout the entire print run. This ensures uniform colour reproduction, reduces deviations between sheets, and achieves superior print repeatability.
An important part of production is also our own ink mixing station, which enables:
- fast preparation of Pantone colours,
- mixing of special shades according to customer wishes,
- colour adjustment based on a physical sample,
- greater colour repeatability between different print runs,
- faster responsiveness for more demanding projects.
We print on various types of cardboard and materials, including:
- GT, GZ, GD, and GC cardboards,
- metallized cardboards,
- special materials,
- materials for the food industry.
In addition to classic CMYK printing, we also enable:
- Pantone printing,
- UV inks,
- printing on metallized substrates,
- combinations of special varnishes and effects.
For projects for the food industry, we use certified food-grade inks and varnishes suitable for indirect food contact.
