Machine gluing

With modern equipment for machine gluing, we ensure precise and efficient production of various types of cardboard packaging, from simple folding boxes to more demanding constructions with multi-point gluing and special functional elements.

Machine gluing represents one of the key phases in the production of cardboard packaging, as it directly affects the functionality, stability, and quality of the final product. At the company Jamnik, we perform gluing of solid board packaging and litho-laminated packaging of various constructions and complexity.

Our equipment enables 1-point,  3-point, 4-point, and 6-point gluing of more demanding constructions.

Modern machines enable precise processing of even technically more demanding packaging with various functional elements and special constructions. The maximum open format of the packaging is up to 1,000 mm.

In addition to standard solutions, we also offer:

  • gluing of adhesive tapes for re-opening and closing of packaging,
  • production of packaging with an easy-opening function,
  • production of special constructions for promotional and food packaging.

A special segment of production is also represented by conical trays and more structurally demanding packaging, such as:

  • hamburger packaging,
  • fruit packaging,
  • food platters and trays,
  • special promotional constructions.

In more demanding projects, we participate as early as the construction development phase, as the correct design of the packaging significantly affects the gluing quality, packing speed, and stability of the final product.
