Within the framework of the project, we want to develop a new ecological protective material – ECOMAT
with exceptional technological characteristics for the protection of car doors. The material will be environmentally friendly and
we plan for it to be half the weight of the existing materials we are currently using. In addition to improvements in the
technological field, we will introduce new forms of work organization, employee engagement, and
the orientation of employees towards sustainable development in accordance with the strategic area SP2 Development of professional competencies
of coworkers.
