Labelling environmentally friendly packaging is voluntary, which is why we decided to join the most recognizable and trusted forest protection certification scheme in the world: FSC®.
You have certainly come across their logo before – including on packaging produced in our company. This means that at Jamnik d.o.o.:
✅ At your request, we use materials with the FSC® label for the production of your packaging. Such cardboard and corrugated board are obtained from wood that originates entirely from FSC® certified forests, or they are made from recycled material. Compared to materials not included in the FSC® scheme, they are slightly more expensive.
✅ We hold the FSC® Chain of Custody certificate and guarantee that the above is true. At least twice a year, we verify that our suppliers truly meet the conditions for doing business with the FSC® certificate. Every year, we ourselves are also subject to an audit of our operations, conducted by Bureau Veritas.
✅ Therefore, packaging produced by us according to FSC® standards can be equipped with the FSC® logo, under which our reference number is listed.
