If you contact us online

On the basis of legitimate interest (communication with customers and the public, Article 6(1)f GDPR), we will process your personal data for the purpose of responding to your question or inquiry. We will keep your personal data until the conclusion of our communication, after which we will delete them. If you decide to cooperate with us later, we will use another appropriate legal basis (such as the performance of a contract, about which we will also specifically inform you later). Your personal data may also be processed by our processor, where the website is hosted and with whom the controller has concluded a contract on the processing of personal data.

Already during the communication itself, you can object to the processing, which will result in the deletion of your personal data. Regarding the processing of personal data, you have the right of access to personal data, the right to rectification and to restriction of processing, and the right to object. Rights can be exercised by a written application sent to the address of the controller, or by email to info@jamnik.si. If you believe that we are not properly exercising your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

If you send us an inquiry

We will be pleased if you are interested in our services and send us an inquiry. For this, we will need your name, surname, the company on whose behalf you are sending the inquiry, and contact details. We need this data for the purpose and legal basis of the performance of the contract (negotiations for the conclusion of a contract), i.e., to prepare an offer for you.

If you do not wish to provide us with this data, we will not necessarily be able to send you our offer. We keep your personal data for 5 years from the conclusion of the purchase or the settlement of all obligations.

If you do not decide on our offer, we will delete your personal data after the validity of the offer expires.

Video surveillance

At Jamnik d.o.o., we carry out video surveillance for the purpose of protecting our property, as well as the safety of our employees and our customers. Before implementation, we carefully examined the locations of the video surveillance cameras in such a way that they achieve the goals of video surveillance, while at the same time interfering with the privacy of individuals only as much as is strictly necessary.
