When you hold your favourite product in your hands, you probably rarely think about the journey its packaging has travelled to become so attractive and functional.

This is understandable, as most people do not think about the packaging, but are focused on the product itself and its characteristics.

However, packaging plays an important role in both the perception of product quality and the purchasing decision, so its importance should not be neglected.

We invite you to escape into our world for a moment and discover the entire process behind unique product packaging, from idea to execution.

Inquiry: First, provide us with your requirements and wishes regarding the packaging you wish to order. Together, we will explore your needs and goals to ensure packaging that is perfectly adapted to your product. We need the following information from you: the type of product you are packaging, product dimensions, product weight, and the product’s market position – whether it is a high-end or low-end product. Maybe you can even send us a product, based on which we can design the packaging.

Calculation: Based on your inquiry, our team of technologists will prepare a precise cost calculation, covering material, production, and additional services if required.

Offer: Based on the calculation, we will prepare a customized offer for you, which will include the price, estimated production time, and other important information. The offer will be sent to you in a convenient format so that you can review it in detail.

Once you send us an official order, we will ask you to send us the graphics for the packaging, and our sales team will begin working on your packaging.

Confirmation of sample and print file: Before we start production, we will send you an (unprinted) packaging sample for confirmation. We produce the sample in the office on a cutter, and with it, you can check the dimensions, material, load capacity, construction, and opening of the packaging before production. In addition, you will also receive a link to a PDF file for printing so that you can check the final packaging graphics.

Did you know that in 2009 we formed our own graphic prepress, and in 2017 we acquired our own CTP machine for making printing plates, which allows us to quickly and qualitatively review the received print files, correct them if necessary, prepare printing forms, and prepare all types of effects and tools for further production?

We also offer the client a 3D view of the design before the printing itself.

Material procurement and planning: Once the sample and the print file are confirmed, our procurement team will carefully select the necessary materials for the production of the packaging. Based on the material delivery date, the order is placed in the production plan. At this stage, our sales team sends you an order confirmation with the packaging delivery date.

We strive to confirm the packaging delivery date within 48 hours after the file confirmation, so that you are informed of the expected delivery date in time.

Production: Packaging begins to be produced in our production facility, which ensures quality and precision.

Completion and shipping: Once production is complete, the packaging, ready for shipping, is transferred to the outgoing warehouse. A delivery note is prepared for each shipping, ensuring traceability.

Invoice: After the delivery of the packaging, we will issue an invoice covering the costs of material, production, and other agreed services.

Although most people may not be aware of the packaging manufacturing process, it is important to appreciate the role it plays.
