2 printing presses, 7 colours and 2 varnishes in one pass

Advanced printing presses allow us to create a range of exceptional effects during the printing process itself.

Printing on silver (or holographic) foil

• It suggests high quality to the customer and ensures that the product is highly noticed on the sales shelf.
• Therefore, it is mainly used for cosmetic packaging, as well as food.

Various possibilities for using varnishes

Each type of varnish gives the packaging its own effect:

• UV gloss varnish makes colours more vibrant,
• UV matte varnish tones down colours,
• Barrier varnish protects the packaging (very useful for greasy contents),
• Soft touch varnish makes the packaging soft to the touch.

1 litho-lamination machine

• Litho-lamination is a technique where printed cardboard (printed matter) is applied to corrugated cardboard. This provides the packaging with strength and greater load-bearing capacity.
• We can litho-laminate in various thicknesses and qualities, in F, E or B flute.
• Litho-lamination is mainly used for the packaging of small household appliances, gift sets, mailing packages, etc.

3 die-cutting machines

• With as many as 3 machines, we ensure that there are no delays, as the die-cutting process is slower than printing.
• We die-cut all types of cardboard using high-quality tools.
• This machine also allows us to perform blind embossing, which creates a relief on the surface.

Tip: Blind embossing works best when it highlights larger areas on the packaging and in combination with other effects, e.g. with partial UV varnishing.

3 gluing lines

We also glue 6-point packaging and can handle even the most demanding projects.

Tip: When thinking about new packaging, do not forget about gluing, as this technique can make the packaging stand out even more.

We can also perform the following 2 processes on the gluing lines:

Gluing of self-adhesive tape and tear tape

• It facilitates the opening of packaging and envelopes sent by mail.
• At the same time, it can also solve other challenges.

PVC window patching

• It allows a glimpse of the tempting contents.
• Biodegradable film can also be used.
